Regular Season Schedule:
19 game schedule broken down into:
- 14 games against each opponent within conference
- 5 games out of conference against all 5 teams in one division (Ex: Atlantic vs Southwest)
Playoffs:
- Playoff Starting Date: Week 19 (as of 2022-23 season)
- 8 teams will make the playoffs from each conference
Play-In
Play-In Handicaps:
Playoff Seeding Tiebreakers:
1. Head-to-Head Record
2. Division Winner
3. Total Fantasy Points
Note: H2H record may only be used in a multi-way tie-breaker to remove a team from the tie-breaker if that team beat or lost to ALL other teams involved. In that case the team either wins or loses the tie-breaker and the remaining teams are then compared (if needed).
Playoff Rosters:
- Non-playoff teams will have their roster locked upon completion of the regular season (they will be unable to make any moves until the offseason)
- Playoff teams are still allowed to sign/waive players to/from their roster
- All transactions made in postseason will follow same guidelines as regular season
19 game schedule broken down into:
- 14 games against each opponent within conference
- 5 games out of conference against all 5 teams in one division (Ex: Atlantic vs Southwest)
- Will rotate to play different division yearly
- 2018/2021: Atlantic/Southwest -- Central/Northwest -- Southeast/Pacific
- 2019/2022: Atlantic/Northwest -- Central/Pacific -- Southeast/Southwest
- 2020/2023: Atlantic/Pacific -- Central/Southwest -- Southeast/Northwest
Playoffs:
- Playoff Starting Date: Week 19 (as of 2022-23 season)
- 8 teams will make the playoffs from each conference
- Teams will be seeded according to conference rank
- Each matchup will last one week long
- Division winners will NOT automatically receive top 3 seed
Play-In
- Top 6 teams from each conference will be guaranteed a playoff spot
- Teams ranked 7-10 at the end of the regular season will face off in a one week play-in game, with the top two scores in each conference receiving the 7th and 8th seeds
- All four teams will have their scores compared to each other, with each team receiving a handicap based on regular season success
Play-In Handicaps:
- Each of the four teams' regular season point totals are averaged with the other three
- Each team then subtracts the average total from their team's actual total
- That number is then divided by the number of games played in the regular season (19)
- Any positive numbers then become the handicap for each team in the play-in round, while teams with negative numbers will just start with zero
Playoff Seeding Tiebreakers:

3. Total Fantasy Points

- Signing players: UFA bidding still applies but you may only sign players for the remainder of the season -- no multiyear deals
- Waiving players: You will still take a cap hit when waiving players during the playoffs -- these players will be added to UFA pool if not claimed by another playoff team
